"The people were outstanding! Friendly, easy going. They asked where things went and what gets thrown. They removed four items of furniture, made the bed, moved a LOT of boxes, cleaned out the refrigerator, moved more boxes,swept and mopped, put up a new stand up fan, moved a lot of boxes of new small appliances. Overall it was the best. I'd like to thank the team for all they've done. They've helped me get my life back together. Thank you so much."

Matt and his team did a wonderful job inside my home. I had inherited my recently deceased parents home and it wasn’t a pretty sight. Two elderly parents with health issues living in a rather large house was just too much for them to maintain. The team constantly communicated with me throughout the entire process, asking questions to make sure nothing was thrown away by mistake. They did a thorough deep clean that including bathrooms, dusting, removal of furniture, and so much more. When they were done, my parents home looked amazing!! I highly recommend using Bio-One. Once again, I would like to thank Matt and the team for an outstanding job on my home. It was definitely money well spent and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again if needed. 🙂

I cannot say enough good things about Bio-One. What an exceptional company and professional team of people; Kyle, Nikki, Adam, Ruth. They came to my home and took care of a small but concerning situation for me. The team was very professional and on top of things. In the process of addressing my specific need, Adam took it upon himself to go the extra mile by vacuuming up some spider webs in the high ceiling of a small storage room while he was on a two-step step stool vacuuming off some high shelves. He did not have to do that, but I was very grateful and impressed that he took the time to remove them. And Bio-One definitely has the right team leader and front woman to get the job done in Ruth Reed. I was thoroughly impressed by her from our initial conversation. Ruth was and is a phenomenal communicator. She was very reassuring and calming, very knowledgeable, highly responsive to my questions and concerns (before and after her team came out). I definitely felt she understood and took seriously my worries and concerns from the start. I felt she was in it with me 1000% of the way. I wish every company was as customer-centric as Bio-One and the team that came to my home. They made me feel beyond valued as a customer. There are a lot of poor and mediocre service providers in the world....Service providers that don't understand customer service excellence, commitment, communication, follow up and integrity. But I can say without a doubt that Bio-One understands and exudes all of those qualities. Thank you, Bio-One! Thank you Kyle, Nikki and Adam for taking care of business. Thank you Ruth Reed for your all-around exceptional-ness.

The Bio One crew is an amazing group of people. It was very difficult for me to reach out for help when my house had gotten completely overwhelming. I was so anxious about letting anyone see it, but from the first moment I met Jen, she put me at ease and it was a painless process from that point on. As soon as the crew showed up, they jumped right to work. I was extremely impressed with how hardworking they all were, and how sweet! They all chatted with me throughout the two days they were at my home and never made me feel like they were judging me for my mess! I actually miss having them here! lol If you find yourself in a situation where you need help getting your home back to a clean, safe condition, don't hesitate to contact Bio-One!
